I have this simple fitness theory. Don't diet. Do the best you can to do "healthy" instead.
-Sweat for 30min at least 4 times a week. Lift weights 2 of those days. Muscle is so important for women especially after 25 and as we age.
-Don't eat after 9pm.
-No fast food.
-No fad diets (this includes that carb cutting crap).
-Lots-o-water
-When you grocery shop, stay clear of the middle isles. Buy and eat what on the outskirts (produce, meat/deli, dairy). Just swoop thru the middle for TP, rice and bread. HAHA.
Viola! You're body is going to be where it wants to be and where it's most healthy and comfortable. Screw dieting for looks. Girls can be skinny and super unhealthy. I may clock in a 145 at 5'6 with 37-26-37, but I'm going to whoop some skinny girls butt in a race or wrestling match.
Weight loss should be a side effect from being healthy, not the primary focus. Health is what counts first and foremost. Ok, I'm talking too much. I guess I care about this topic alot. It really hurts me to hear women shame themselves over weight and image. We value the wrong things in our society. A girl could be skinny and hot but a total vapid, selfish bitch and we want to be like her?
Lastly, Men only see what you point out. When you get naked, they don't even notice a little cellulite on the thighs if your like BLAM behold my naked hotness goddamnit!

Thanks guys,you know how to make a girl feel good.. I got it at a local Bss.They have a wonderful selection.You wouldnt find any high quality wigs there,but everything's so cheap it doesnt even matter.
And I love wigs.Its nice to have them when your own hair wont cooperate.You just throw it on,and Voila perfect hair.
Tjoh: thats hilarious.Well whatever has ahold of people out where you live has managed to make it out here too.Everyone's on a crazy diet of the week,and working out like their training for the olympics.lol.

Believe me I live in Hollywood and see it all the time. Girls jogging at like 5am that maybe weight 105 at 5'9 soaking wet in boots. I just want to drive by and throw a donut at them. Poor things.
I got a new wig so i could give my hair a break.I was gonna get a boring natural wig,but decided on something more fun.I know this may seem boring to some,but since my hair is naturally dark ash brown its quite a change.Its just a synth wig.i only paid $25.It feels suprisingly soft.And no need to point out how extra thick I am.I'm well aware. I have gained some weight due to being very sick.But anyhow here's my wig.
