Before i had kids, i had thick soft curly hair, but now my hair is VERY thin dry and frizzy. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this happened and if there are any treatments to restore my hair
Thanks

Did you have your children recently? Because I've heard that pregnancy can change your hair.
My advise:
1. Protein treatments-A protein treatment would help restore shine and strength your hair, I have used Aphoghee and it works great.
2. No chemicals-If your using relaxer give your hair a break with braids, braid outs or flat twist.
3.Deeep Moisturize-It sounds like your hair needs alot of moisture too so you'll want to do a pre-poo treatment(mix castor, jojoba, shea oil and glcerin) set this on your hair for 5-15min. then shampoo. Also doing deep conditioner treatments will help moisturize your hair, my favorites are Miss Keys 10 en 1, Bumble and Bumble Super Rich, and Kiehls Coconut rinse. Also doing cowashes will really help put moisture back in your hair.
4. Leave-in conditoner- Use this on a daily basis to re-moisturize the hair...good ones are NTM and Salerm 21.
HTH Good luck!
I have a question about Hair loss, well hair thinning. I have long hair, it hits my back, at the the bra strap, but it has become very thin over the years. I have faith that it will thicken up, now that I'm doing all the right things to it.
My problem is, as my hair begins to fill it, do I have to cut it to even it out? Ladies, I'm also trying to achieve length here, so hearing that I have to start all over ain't gonna fly, especially now that my hair is in the middle of my back!
My thinness is in the top, so any suggestions would help.
