pinch braiding help

Hi! Does anyone have a great link or detailed description on how to do pinch braids? Im trying to describe it to a girl who is going to do my hair. She's never done pinch braids before, but thinks she can do it based on my description. The only problem is, Im not sure im describing it right! :) Also, where do I buy threads for pinch braids? Im ordering my hair online through plastikhaar but don't see any threads for pinch braiding. Also, does anyone know of a site that has really great, unique or interesting hair jewels that can be braided into the hair? Thanks!!
