I got a perm awhile back to try and add a little body to my long hair (it was to the middle of my back)Well, I made one big mistake because the perm ruined my hair. It`s now dry as straw and to my chin and looks bad. On top of it all, my husband begged me not to do it. He loves long hair and so do I but I was so obessed with the idea that I did it anyway I got a change all right. I feel like I lost my covering and it`s very humilitating. I`m very tall and I feel much better with long hair. I`m starting the long journey of trying to grow it out again. Sorry for the long, sob story... Any advise? Thank you!

Don`t worry Deanna, your hair will grow all back and longer than ever, before you even know it. Just keep your spirits up and think about how much of long hair you are going to have again.
