me to conor oberst. help please

hello. first post. not sure if this is better in this forum or in the celebrity
one, but here goes. also, never uploaded pictures before, hope they work.


my question is, how do i go from this (me):

I think i have the cut, but i don't know how he styles it like that. and i'd
really like to. my hair's always kinda fluffy, his is kinda slick at the front.
any info appreciated. (also, if i don't have the cut right, plz suggest what
needs to go. b/c it looks a bit shorter above his eye in the second pic)
