When i got my hair cut yesterday my barber cut wtg first then i saw that it wasn't cut low enough so he asked me did i want him to cut atg and then i asked him wouldn't it cut off the waves and he said they'll still be in there cause he'll use a bigger guard. And what do you know, he was right

^ not just wrong for him, the myth is false altogether. the only way
ypu lose waves when you cut ATG is when you cut the hair lower then the
wave length. the wave length is the length you hair curls @/the length
your hair can for a semi s(half of a S)
the same thing would happen if you were to cut WTG below your wave
length, the waves will fade away for a lil while and then come back,
keep this in mine: if you ever cut your hair too low and your waves
disappear don't sweat it they always come back when your hair grows
back.
quick tip:
light ceasars is not for everyone, and what said about wave
length is the main reason why. light ceasars are mainly for the fellas
with the thinner waves because their waves length is very low. fellas
with the super thick waves can't
get light ceasars cause the length of a light ceasar is below their
wave length. thats why most of the those guys here and on 360waves
always have darker cuts. a 1 or 1.5 WTG is wave suicide for someone
like cjay, hyfeeboi, da1nonli. i can't even get light ceasar and i
found that out 6weeks ago cause i have 2 different wave length, my
sides are thick and my back and top are skinnier then the sides. when i
gave myself a light ceasar 6weeks ago i had no side waves at all for
2weeks, and obviouly they came back.
my bad for the long post, just dropping some knowlegde for those that didn't know.
