Hey hon, here's a (((Hug))) for you first of all. The most important thing you can do right now is use LOTS of conditioner. Use two or three in a row if you need to. I use three conditioners and it works wonders to keep my hair from getting frizzy. Two of them are really cheap drugstore/chemist brands and the final one is my favorite heavy conditioner.

Moisture is what you'll need most right now.

Hope this helps

I have shoulder length hair and when its left to dry naturally its quite curly, I decided to put a perm on it to straighten it.  I kept combing and combing and oh dear what a mess it has turned out to be!!

I have completely over processed it and it needs cutting really short to get some life back into it.  I am wondering and hoping that I can get it back to a good condition.

When I wash it and its left to air dry it has frizzy and split ends and looks awful.  I would be grateful for anyones advice on how to possibly get it smooth looking and what products to use.

If nothing can be done it will have tob cut!!
