Hi why what happens to your fringe:

Are you using a thermal protector before using straightners, as this helps protect the hair from heat damage which will dry out your hair. Or have you got a cow's lick , where your hair sticks up and out the way. I have used a good serum product  on clients with problem fringe, which helps you can buy them at sallys , salon servicies , or maybe boots will sell it . hope this helps a little.

I do use a thermal protector . I do not have a cow's lick, i just have never straightened my fringe before, I was just wondering what a good product was to use for styling the fringe after it has been straightened

it depends on what you want to do with

use gel to give it a hard feel

use wax for long lasting hold without stiffness

use mousse or cream for natural hold
