Where can I find a brand of hair that's very thin and limp?  I know, an odd request, but I want to match the texture of my hair more exactly.  I'm wearing fusion extensions with Asian hair now and I like them, but my biggest problem is that when I wear them down, they look fake because of the coarseness and stiffness of the hair compared to my own very soft, fine hair.

Oh, and I'm looking for wefts - I want to try an install with pro-tac, since you girls are all raving about it, before I go back to fusion...

hi lwray -

i have no experience using it, but go to the his and her website and look at the italian mink hair - my understanding is that the 50% italian mink is softer than the regular and the 100% italian mink is for hairpieces/wigs because it is super fine/soft - too soft for most...maybe you can get a sample from them or something?

here's a link for the silky straight weaving in the 100% italian mink:

lwray, have you ever used Bohyme silky straight? Its very fine and soft and is very straight.

I have similar hair texture.  The Jet-set hair seems a little finer and softer than the Bohyme.  It was a better match for me.

Nope, never used Bohyme silky straight.

I actually would like something (ideally) that has a little body/wave to it when it air dries, as mine does (it actually gets a little fluffy, although really fine and thin).  I straighten my hair but I'd like to not have to do it everyday.  I know there are people with stick straight limp hair, but that's not mine - it's just baby fine.

Thanks for your responses.  I'll look into those.  I could have sworn there was a thread on here earlier about someone's blond client who really liked some brand of very soft fine hair though!
