Does my hair have to be cut really short to achieve waves? I'm going for the wet, deep wave look.
got a enough waves to make you seasick, u sleep with the fishes, I'm the michael coreleone of this sh*t. niggas betta spit..

if u r jus startin out u should cut it very low and brush daily and as ur hair grows u will see sum waves comin in. once u have somethin going dont cut ur hair low anymore just get it trimmed every few weeks depending on how fast ur hair grows. ur barber should know how low to cut it when ur developin waves and let him know 2 cut with the grain.
