 Hi to all!!!

 I'm Katie, the Newlywed! ;)

So, Anyway, I've got some simple suggestions to help hair grow in general.

First, get enough sleep, or take a power nap(if needed);) Also, cut back on caffiene, Laugh alot more, because stress wrecks havoc on your whole body, mind, spirit, and ofcourse your hair too. Also, get some excersise, at least walk a bit, or dance(like me). That way the blood flows and nutrients carry over to your body, and hair. Plus eat a balanced diet, including vitamins , such as a multi-vitamin, calcium, and B-complex stresstabs, etc. You could try general massage with or without oils and aromatherapy, and use a gentle shampoo(according to your needs) I personally use Baby shampoo, it works great! ;)  I guess I could go on,.. and on,.. But You all get the idea, So take care, and May God Bless You all!

                              HAPPY SPRING TO YOU ALL!!! :)         &nbs p;         &nbs p;

God Bless,...
Katie

Hi Lisa, and all as well,

Yes, I read that caffiene(alot especially) stunts hair growth. Basically, I love to read about Health and nutrition, so I pick up healthy tips along the way,;)

I will add more suggestions, and I encourage all to add thier input as well, Thanks,...

Love, Katie, Happily Married, in Madison, Wisconsin!!;)

God Bless,...

 Thanks, missrini!

My Husband Steve and I are soooo Happy!!

We had a beautiful wedding and Reception, on Feb 18th 2006, the coldest day 17 degrees below zero!!! BRRR!!! However our Reception was near by at an indoor Botanical Garden Atrium, with access to the tropical Conservatory all night.

Then on Feb 22nd we were in Puerta Vallarta Mexico til March 1st!. Oh Mexico is sooo relaxing, friendly people, great food, beautiful Ocean, whales, Manarays, Dolphins, birds, flowers, palm trees, nice shells, souveniers, and sunsets, boardwalk, city life, dancing, food, entertainment, excursions, a 5 star resort(all inclusive). Well worth it!! Plus the pesos were 10 for every $1.00 U.S. dollar!!;)

Steve and I want to go back in 2 years! Hooray! Lots of FUN!!!

 Love, Katie(and Steve);)

God Bless,...

 Thank You, Specialkitty!;)

I'm sooo HAPPY, and I wish, and Pray for everyone to be as Happy as Steve and I. Whether You're single, Married, engaged, divorced, dating, or taking a break. No matter what, always embrace your life, and take care of yourself, so your life is fullfilling and meaningful. It's good to know and Love yourself, definetly before being there for another. It was a tough lesson for me to learn. I'm feeling very blessed. Not only because I'm married to my Loving Husband Steve,...But because I have God in my life consistently for 2 years!!!;)

So God Bless You(and everyone else too). Happy(early) Spring!!!;)

 Love, Katie, The Newlywed!!

God Bless,...

ok,

Allow me to explain the dress and hair for my wedding. By the way I hope in a couple of months to (hopefully) get a scanner for our computer; that way I can scan some great pics of our wedding, and Honeymoon too!

To start,..The Hair was gorgeous. I have a couple inches above the shoulder which is an auburn red(natural). My Stylist "Mary" did an updo, with the top and upper back curls, and bobbypinned(which wasn't obvious though). I had slanted bangs, and the bottom was hanging down, with a bit of tendril curl on the sides too. PLUS! I wore a sparkly Tiera. As well as a veil(which was tucked into the middle of the back of my hair).

For the dress, It was a size 8,Thank God, I fit great in it, especially because it zipped in the back, with a fitted bodice(no sleeves) with sparkling beaded pearl like detail, and a medium full bottom, with a nice train. On the waist to the just above the ankles, was a front and back thin sheer silky slanted beaded part of the dress,..oh I looked sooo Beautiful. My Dad said I looked Beautiful(as others did too), I felt like a princess too!. Ofcourse I had a sheer matching long wrap over my shoulders just past my waist.

Also I had my makeup professionally done as well. The makeup artist at the salon, used "Bobbi Brown" cosmetics, and my high cheekbones look great, eyes were sexy yet innocent, lovely lips, pretty smile(I love to smile too!) sheer foundation(in Ivory) I'm fair skinned.

My Aunt Jeannie thought I looked like a Marilyn Monroe, I was so flattered,...;)

My Husband Steve wore a black tux, with a crisp white shirt and Burgendy Tie and vest, and a white and a Burgendy hankcerchiefs tuck in his pocket, also Steve had a whiyte Rose with a bit of babies breath for his bootuneer(spelling error?).

I held a gorgeous bouquet of mixed Red and white roses with baies breath, and my two bridesmaids had nose gays(small bouquets) similar to mine. The bridesmaids were my sister Judy(30yrs) and my now sister in law, Kim(almost 28yrs) Both wore Black dresses, and the Best men wore Black suits too. We all looked radiant, and relaxed, and Happy in all the photos!!

Thanks for allowing me to share!!

Love, Katie "THE NEWLYWED", In Wisconsin!!

God Bless,...
Katie
