Getting this Style? : Any Help?!

Heya Guys, i Currently have Dark Brown (was black) dyed hair, semi permanent, the Dye never washed out but is very gradually fading. I shtere anything i could use to make it fade faster,Any home solutions, because the difference in color is minimul and i dyed my hair back in september last so i assume it isn't going to wash out. I wanted to go the complete opposite to what i am now but keep my hair the same length. I'm looking to achieve this style:

^^ that is the exact color i am after in that last picture. My Natural color is a Brown.

i was also wondering whether the color looks the same in each picture to you guys or whether it looks different because in the close up side on photo he looks slightly ginger...

any help would be amazing!
