looks the SAME!

is it b/c i'm depositing color on color?

if so, does that mean i need to bleach?

or just a higher volume developer?

please help, obviously the girl at sally's doesn't know color very well.

BINGO! Once your color your hair the only way to lighten artificially colored hair is bleach. Stylists like to sugar coat it for the client and say I'm going to put this lightener in your hair.....it sounds much better than saying....OK I'm going to put this bleach in your hair....

Color doesn't lift color.....we've heard it a thousand times. I got a little lift by using a level 10 (from a 9), but you will probably have to use a bleach/lightener product.
