Actress who has played in movies like Fantastic Four (2005), Bailey's Billions (2004), Meet Market (2004), The Majestic (2001), and others.  She had a recurring role on X-Files also.

This is what she looks like in the new movie "Silent Hill."  She said in an interview, "I used to have hair.  They cut it all off for this role."  She plays a cop in the movie.

I still don't understand why it's not showing up for you.  It's there in the preview post and I can see it also.  Maybe something with your computer settings?  I'm not sure.
