This is an iffy topic!  I've been told it was fine to use neutralizing poo but then I realized it was drying my hair out A LOT.  I'm talking dryed out scalp with maximum flakes. I told my former stylist about it and she warned me to stay AWAY.  Neutralizing poo is primarily used to "reset" the ph balance in the hair, I believe(correct me if I'm wrong).  I've actually noticed on the motions neutralizing poo bottle it has instructions for "weekly cleansing"    Oh how Motions is so lovely.

Its waaaay too stripping and drying  I'd opt for a more gentle cleansing shampoo for regular use.
