Thats a tough choice but based on what I buy I have more mids than lows , for jeans I would go with the mids(have lots of jeans), for shorts I would go with the lows(don't have lots of shorts).

I used 2 like mids more a few years back, but 4 the past 3 years I been rockin lows.
