Ok, here's the deal... as much as I would like to use Hair Formula 37 or take any pills or whatever to make my hair grow faster, I don't think my mom would go for that! So I was wondering what foods are good for faster hair growth?

Thanks! - Ashley

When I think about healty hair growth, I think of minerals. Therefore, anything that comes from the ocean, that's not depleted of them are good for hair. Fish, seafood, seaweed are excellent because they're rich in iodine, copper, zinc and many other minerals, according to many sources. I eat gelatin with my fresh salad because it helps to absorb nutrients better. Try to eat fresh and organic fruits/vegetables,whole grain products and use seasalt. Good quality protein is essential for healthy hair. The enemies are too much sugar, alcohol, smoking and junk foods in general. If you don't like to take vitamins, maybe brewers's yeast will help. It's loaded with B vitamins and lots of other stuff. Hair grows very slowly and itwill take a long time see results but it's worth the effort.
