Recommendations?

Heya!

I have medium length hair which is layered in such a way as to emphasise my waves and when scrunched with a little product goes a bit curly.  It looks ok but I've been dying to go really short for years - I was just way too scared.  I know its just hair and it will grow back but lowish self esteem just wouldn't allow me to go through with it and have it look terrible.  My hair is kinda fine with definite flicks through the ends when left to its own devices.

Basically I wanted some advice as to what would be most flattering.  I feel that my eyes are my best feature and want to make the most of them without making my face look to stark if that makes sense.

I wouldn't go a lot shorter, but perhaps more layers to make the most of your wave - and I definitely think you should get bangs.  These would emphasize your eyes, and since your face shape appears to be a bit long, would help de-emphasize that.
