Hi,
 
My mom has naturally black hair and she frosted it about 2 months ago.  It looks GREAT, but now it seems to be turning red in some spots.  She is wondering what to do about it....considering using a box brown color over it all again...OR doing another frost on the red....
 
Please help....what should she do?
