Thinner hair after braids and weaves

I don't have a relaxer I cut my hair to about mid neck lenghth to get rid of the relaxed ends and  wore my hair in braids and weaves to grow it  out, I have decided to wear my own hair and it is a little pass my shoulders now  but my hair has gotten thin..what are some products (if any) or solutions to thickening my hair back up?

check out the homemade recipes on this site. i find that they do actually work and help alot.
after braids i understand that you need to do deep conditioning and co-washes.
the pre-poos will help you too.

I know what you're talking about- thinning hair after braids. I felt I should do them myself after I went to this lady and she didn't listen to anything I asked for. It was too tight, throbbing, etc. When I braid myself, they come out easily, but I don't mind putting them back in whenever I need to. Unfortunately, I tried to braid my sister's hair, and she didn't like it at all.
I'm in!
