I have to warn you girls about this website: glamourhair.com
I love the hair but I have repeatedly disapointed by the customer service and I am soooooo frustrated right now that I want to share my story with you.

1st Story
A few months ago, I ask their customer service if they would accept a french credit card, a mastercard. They explain to me that they need a card with the same billing+shipping address, which I understand. I tell them that I could use my boyfriend's card instead, since I am living w/him in DC!
They say ok. I make my order, receive the hair, but the nuance (a mix of 22/27) was way more golden that the previous mix of 22/27 I had ordered from them in the past. I email them to receive a return form, remind the SAME woman that I used my boyfriend's credit card - with his consent of course!-. She replies to me in a mean way, almost considers me like a criminal because I have used someone else's credit card, and refuses any exchange of any sort. I cannot believe this!! I copy her the email she wrote me advising that I use my boyfriend's credit card and she tells me that he should have done the order himself with his email address. What a big difference! If only she knew who he works for!

After a few rude emails from their customer service, they agree that I send a money order to pay the extra restocking fees+shipping fees for the exchange.

2nd story
I have found a new hair on their website, called "seamless", and the method looks so nice that I had to try it. I put aside my bad feelings for the customer service and decide to give Glamourhair another chance. I sent them at the end of last July an order form by mail+ a money order, the total amount was $230 for all the seamless method supplies. I have a tracking number and I know that they received my package on the 4th of August. So 12 days ago. I have paid $13 for shipping fees, and was expecting my package to arrive this week, between tuesday and friday. I decide to email them because I don't see anything coming.. and the customer service just tells me they haven't even processed my order. They can't tell me when it will be processed, and when it will, it will take a few more days because it's money order, so maybe by the end of the month I will receive it!!
I can't believe that they call themself professionnals! I am going to move out of my appartment where I live in now at the end of the month and I don't even  know if I'll be able to receive this hair in the end!

Anyway, I am telling you this so that less girls like me get "trapped" in that kind of situations with this website.
I know that there are a lot of great websites and dedicated persons in this business but unfortunately, not everybody does his work the way he should.
Good luck to you!

Wow!  That is so crappy!  Before I was a mommy, I was a bookkeeper.  I used to deal with folks that were "cash only" (i,e, they were sent to the county attorney for writing bad checks).  We would get money orders all the time, they are the same as cash.  They should have processed your order in the same amount of time they would have a credit card after receipt of money order.

You should consider getting a debit card.  They are linked to your checking or savings account and work like a credit card.  They are great for ordering online or over the phone.....

What makes me mad is that basically even if I paid with credit card, they say there would have been as mush delay, because "one order at a time", yep!

So be careful, even though they tell you 7 to 10 days for handling+shipping and you pay $13, you might have to wait a whole month to get your things, just like me!

And I may have moved out of my appartment by the time it arrives, so I don't even know if I will ever see the hair ordered!

Oh, and there has been a controversy on this forum about whether the hair sold on Glamourhair.com was Bohyme.

I found on www.esthersonline.com a description of the Bohyme hair they sell that is almost 100% similar to the way www.glamourhair.com describes its hair, even though glamourhair claims that it sells its "own" hair

Check this out:
This is Esthersonline page:

Bohyme Hair: A Top Quality Remi Hair

The Remi cuticle hair(or called virgin hair) is the highest-grade human hair available on the market. It comes from one individual and its cuticles uni-directional.

The hair is sectioned and allowed to fall into its natural growing pattern. The hair is then cut and carefully sewn to maintain the natural cuticle direction so matting and tangling are virtually eliminated.

Our Remi Hair combines the highest quality hair with the finest processing. The processing is done by hand, in small batches and with no machinery. All natural food grade ingredients are used and not harsh chemicals such as acidic solvents. Also, we use no high heating oven which dries hair during the process. Only about 1 percent of the hair collected is qualified as Remi hair.

The Remi hair is very soft yet resilient, long lasting and lays tangle free every time. It is truly the Rolls Royce of extension hair.

Are you tired of dry tangled hair extensions and spending money on hair that won't last? We recommend Bohyme Hair or other Remi grade hairs (Click
here to view) on your next appointment with extension specialist.
And check out how Glamourhair describe its hair :

Some paragraphs are copied word for word and they have the same pictures!
The big difference though is the price, glamourhair sells Remi Cuticle Straight 18' at $149
when the Bohyme Remi Cuticle Straight is at $103.99 on Esthersonline!
Interesting

That stinks! That's why we have The Better Business Bureau.
I don't know how they could not know when the order would go out, or at least approximately. They should be informing you and giving you an update, like when the check was received, when to be shipped.
Sorry that happened to you!

Yeah I just think when you pay high shipping fees you should not have to wait a WHOLE month to get your stuff!
Or at least you should warn the customers on your website, or email them when such delays occur...anyway...complaining worked, because they emailed me today to tell me that they assure me I am going to receive it before the 2nd of September,.... for a payment they receive on the 4th of August!
At least I won't have moved out of my appartment when the hair arrives, so I am happy!!

I had never experienced  problems with any other place that I had orded hair from before but I had terrible service with glamourhair.   The girl was very rude - repeatedly. I couldn't believe the service.   I will never order anything from them again.  There are just to many other reputable places to order from.....companies that know what good customer service means.

I have always felt a little bit like a "strange bird", because I wear hair extensions for years and love it, but not anymore now!

I see it is a passion widely shared on this forum!

I like the silky straight darker blonde of GH. Wears very well. I gave up on them after two batches of French Refined turned into SOS pads on the ends. I wrote just letting them know I had a couple bad batches and I get a nasty email telling me it must have been my fault and NO REFUNDS! I never asked for one, was just trying to relay info so maybe they could check out the quality.

THEN I read on another beauty board that someone ordered a color, it wasn't in stock so GH told them it'd be almost a month before it could be shipped. A refund was requested and refused. It was then that I decided I would never use GH again.
