No, I think Asian hair is generally the exact opposite: thick, and stiff.

That is, if you don't use conditioner daily.

I have always heard that Asian hair is hard to cut because it tends to be fine and soft which means that when cut it shows the flaws more easily.  Is this true?  What is the solution?
