You could cool the strawberry blonde roots with a blue or green based demi-color. This won't damage your hair any further and lasts thru about 28 shampoos. It also won't lighten your hair any, so I'd buy a level 9 or 10, just to make sure you don't darken your hair.
I had this happen and I went to Sally's and bought some Wella demi color in a level 9 ash blonde. It worked wonders for my "ginger" roots!

Just like a Pisces...spying around checking out the surroundings before coming in. (scorps are like this too so don't feel bad.)
Anyway-i agree with hellfrozeover because lemon/chamomile has been known to lighten hair. With my experiences though it wasn't ENOUGH lightening not to mention it dried my hair out. But then again i did put the lemon juice STRAIGHT from the bottle so i was asking for it. Anyway, i think the shampoo would be okay. One things for sure NEVER EVER use that sun-in spray stuff...that's a whole other story!!
By the way i think your hair looks good the way it is in the picture.

Lush do a shampoo with chamomile and lemon that can lighten your hair. There's also a conditioner which I used to enhance my natural highlights and it worked quite well. The conditioner is called "Marilyn" but I forget the name of the shampoo.

I am obviously new, been spying for some time though!! Can't really find the right answers though...a combination if mixed right, but anyway...I have had naturally blond hair since birth. I started experimenting @ about 16 with color etc...I am now 31 and can't seem find the shade( or cut) that fits. I have fine-medium hair (medium from damage, which is ok), just died it blonde...You see, I have naturally dark golden hair and wanted to go with cooler tones i.e., platinum, ash, champagne...I researched this sight for days. Thought I had a plan until I walked into Sally's. Long to short, I bought Ion hairlift/20 developer/platinum protein developer/shimmering lights shampoo. People say my hair looks "great" but everyone's expectations of great are different. Some cooler highlights in the most previously damaged spots, but roots are strawb. blonde. Just what I was trying to avoid. Any non-damaging products for fine, natural blondes-going blonder on market i.e. rinses etc...? Also, anyone have good pics for med-length fine hair?
