Does anyone know how long one`s hair has to be before hair extensions can be used? I have hair that is about two inches "long" and I`m very sick of short hair. I don`t want extensions that are braided all the way down, just natural.
Thanks to anyone with information for me.

Your hair is at an absolute minimum for braiding! I`ve been told that for something like Great Lengths, the hair needs to be at least 4-5" long. However, with hair that short, the expertise of your stylist will make all the difference in the world. Several stylist won`t put extensions on hair that short, but it can be done by someone with a lot of experience.

You think 2 inches could be done? I actually stumbled across hair extension information *after* posting this message (of course, huh?) and it all said about 4, 5 or 6 inches. I think I`ll play it safe and wait, since it gives me time to save up for it! Thanks for writing back.
