Hairspray for extensions

I've never noticed a difference, but I have been using this cheaper hairspray I found at the drugstore, called Tress-eme(?) Ultrafine mist. I think it must have some kind of moisturizer in it because if I use it near my roots, they are more oily the next day vs. when I use other hairsprays. I also like the Ultrafine mist because I don't get the little white spots on my dark hair like usual.

I've always used it when curling it, and I've never noticed anything different. Hopefully someone else can chime in here
