Hey, My favorite hairstyle is an angled bob that starts a little above midcheek and angles back really high in the back. The nape is clippered extremely short or shaved. I think this is the mot alluring style of them all. You might consider getting this style. You might consider clipping up to the line you mentioned on the back of your head and having your hair cut into the angled bob. That would be a great style for you! Let me know what you think!!! I love one length bob styles anywhere from ear length to just above the shoulders. My hair is cut in a bob just below my ears with bangs. I have also had an angled bob (not as short as mentioned above) with bangs and a short nape. Both styles are great. Interested?

It seems as though "Ponytailhead" is just curious what others favorite hairstyles are; why, she doesn`t say, but it doesn`t appear that she`s looking for something different for herself.
Whatever your preferences are, fine, but why your acute interest in having her, whoever she is, adopt your favorite style... and are you so certain that it would be a great style for her?

thank you dave,no i am not looking for a diffrent style but i am intrested in hearing everyones,why you may ask? just creating conversation :) the angle bob does sound like a good style but i am satisfied with my "half up half down, and some scalp showing in the middle" ponytailed look..thanks again
When I am not working I love putting my hair in a ponytail and enjoyed trying different hair ties. When I have time I really enjoy braiding my hair halfway down and then tying it and braiding it again and tying the end.

neato i saw a girl once at the filter show she had that same style but below the scalp line she had it all buzzed around short she was very pretty so it looked quite good id say she was 15 or 16 it looked really cool i have wanted to do that but i chicken out she did not have bangs though

My favorite style, other than wearing my hair down, is to French braid to around the nape and then leave the rest in a ponytail, which leaves me with a ponytail that`s about 7-8 inches long. I`ve not tried the style you describe, but I have trouble making a straight line sideways in my scalp as you`ve described - it always ends up crooked. Do you use a comb to make the straight line? I notice that`s what hairstylists do when they section hair before trimming it. Even with a comb I can`t get the straight line they do, maybe because my hair is thick. Is your hair thick? Anyway, I like your question and your nickname!
