I guess they feel that you'll come on their site looking, but not finding what you want, you'll substitute and order something else.
But in fact they might be losing valuable customers.

I wonder if American Dream will ever get their sh!t together! Weve been commenting on their customer service, lack of carrying products they advertise and promises of near future online shopping for 2 years now!

Many of us  had problems with American Dream.  They have terrible customer service and, yes, they don't stock the items that they advertise. 
 
For some reason, it seems like that any thermo much longer is 18" hard to find.  I think that Vixen wigs on ebay has Wawa that is longer than 18".

Hi everyone, ok first post after lurking in the background for quite a while Embarrassed

After a trip to American Dream today to buy some thermofiber in 60" (would have settled for 36") I ended up coming home with SFA as it appears that they neither stock it or have any intention to do so in the future which really annoyed me as they make a big deal in the catologue they they are the market leaders with this length of thermofiber!!!

Up to now i have been using 36" mono bought from dome, and its ok but it really doesent seam to last past 8 weeks even if given 'super' care, its really crap at holding curl and i find the lighter colour really darkens up very fast making it a dark honey colourAngry

I thought the thermofiber would be a step forward and the added length was perfect  as it could be braided in at half length giving a 30" extention Big%20smile

A hunt arround the net does find a few suppliers that list a thermofiber but only in 18" which is actually shorter than the hair its going into!

Please please any help!!!!
