I know that this maybe a ghetto question, but can you reuse weave tracks that has been used with bonding glue.Embarrassed

IMO you can only reuse those tracks if you are doing a bonding weave/glue in. If you are planning on doing a sew-in then I would recommend using new tracks. Otherwise the glue will get back in your hair or braids if you do a sew-in, and a mess to get out (a family member person experience LOL). HTH

May I ask why you are going for bonding glue, instead of a sew in which is a healthier alternative to glueing?

Depending on the quality of the hair, yes you can reuse as much as you  want without the hair looking bad. But I agree with Cmesweet, why are you using glue when sewing is so much healthier??Ermm

Im using bonding glue because I'm new to doing weave and it would be easier for me to do it myself. I only have like 3 tracks in the back because i went to the salon and the hairstylist wanted to "trim" my ends and end up cutting too much from the back. My hair on the sides is just below the shoulder and my back wasn't so caught up but was on the way. So she cut it totally uneven which made the back shorter.Cry

Hello.  I am a former hair-abuser.  Glue was one of my tools in my lethal arsenal.  Please think it over, reconsider sewing instead, please.  If not, do not leave the glue in too long...please.   My pleading derives from my own experience.

You can also use Instant Allure Customizable clip-in hair extensions which are totally reusuable. They are made with 100% Remy Human Hair and available in textures for African American women. They are very affordable and highly secure and come in Yaki, Loose Wave, Body Wave, and Deep Wave textures. You can attach them as you would a bonded in weave or you could braid your hair and attach the clips to the braids. Check out www.instantallure.com for more information.
