Perm Solution - sorry long!!

Can anybody advise on what is best to use?

I have always permed my own hair up until about 3 years ago....and I used to use the velvet perm. (off shelf product)

November 2005 I had the yuko system on my hair, yes, looked great for the first few months, but I were having to hammer the GHD's an hairdryer (never use a hair dryer or straighteners normally)

I would never have this done again, due to the amount of self inflicted damage (irons etc) but I had no choice...spent a small fortune on dif products (advice from toni & guys, where I had the treatment)

It did look fantastic...but...If I ever want it straight again, it will be for special accasions only!!

But...due to daily use, My hair were in such a mess so I decided (around september last year) to stop using the irons and use mouse/hairspray and scrunch dry it (as it were still wavy!!)

Anyways...I now want to return to my permed hair (I have naturally wavy hair) and I will do it myself.

Overall my hair is in good condition, but a bit dry &  frizzy, its naturally like this!! (friz anyway) I have loaaaadddddssss of hair as well!

I also want to know what products to use...as I normally use pantene mouse/hairspray which tends to leave my hair really dry...and basically a mess!!
