I also use only 4 oz and that is a little to much for me too!!!  and my hair looks thick!!!!    .... will probably go back to about 3 oz and I have 22" hair in !!  So it  really is a personal preference....

I wear 4 oz of Bohyme silky straight, 22-24 inches, and it's almost too much volume for me, so I guess it's a question of personal preference, you'll find out what works best for yourself with experience!

I had 26" once and I used 12oz, its looked perfect, but it was straight, no body...

I agree it will likely be more than 8 ounces. For 22-24 inch hair I usually install 8-11 ounces depending on the texture of the hair. So it sounds like you will have plenty!

For longer like 24" I usually go a little higher and go a little over 10 oz. I like really full hair, and I have the longer hair looking stringy, which I find is common. So it really depends on if you want hair full or not.

For 24" hair, so it doesn't look stringy, I usually put on 8-10 ounces of hair.

It depends on how thick your hair is.. and how thick you would like the extenstions. For bsl hair to 24" length, I am guessing 2 packs (8 oz.).

How many packs of 4 oz 24 inch hair wefts would you use on hair that is about bra-strap length and razored? I bought about 12 oz (3 packs).
