  When should u apply the s curl gel activator in your hair? what length of hair or does it matter?

apply is after the moisturizer, the length doesnt matter

apply it wen itz long..n itz not really a moisturizer..u supposed 2 brush it dry so that dere are waves by the time the hair dries out
