Just to be sure I'm repeating myself, I'm a fan of the longer, sideswept, sultry-in-your-eyes bangs that accent a woman's mystery and senuality, not the "straight down" bangs that make formerly-sultry women look like they're five years old (especially when they add ponytails).

As for Salma's bangs, can you guess my humble opinion? I bet you can...

Anyone remember the name of the stylist that refused to cut Salma's hair back in ~2000 because it was perfect the way it was? I would love to read about that again and give him a big applause. Clap

And as for the bangs, YUCK! Dead

If you were watching the Oscar nomination announcements today, you know that Salma Hayek is back to bangs. I thought she had been looking lovely with her long bangless hair lately (especially in Ugly Betty), but Salma with bangs doesn't suck either. I wasn't really impressed with her ponytail, but it was 5:30 a.m. California time, so I'm willing to cut her some slack.
