I am a guy with about 1.2 inch long hair thats a little curly but not as much as i want it to be, how do i make it curlier?

If you want more curls you might consider having a perm.

You could get a perm or let you hair grow longer.  Some hair get curler the longer it gets longer.

use curl enhanceing products scrunch your hair while wet with products and air dry scrunching is the key to this!
