I know the pink streaks are old news but I read in the February 12th issue of US Weekly the following answer given by Rachel when asked "Why the pink streaks in the hair?":  "I might cut it soon, so it was a good time to try"  I am looking forward to see what new cut she decides on.  I think she is a beautiful woman and she actually carries off the pink hair rather well.
