Hi everyone. I'm planning on going pale cool blond. My hair is currently lifted to the yellow-orange stage. More on the yellow side. I will do one more round of bleach, but i really don't want to take it to pale yellow, I just want to get the last traces of orange out.
I was wondering if after i get it to yellow, can I use Redken Shdes EQ 9v and/or 9b to get to a cool light blonde, and in what proportion the two should be mixed. I was thinking more 9v and a dash of 9b just in case because i wouldn't mind a slightly silvery tone. Also would 10 volume developer be ok for toning? Or should I use a 15-20 because I would be applying to a yellow, instead a pale yellow? Phew that was long lol. Any advice would be great, thanks!
