Yeah my barber said grease messes up his clippers. So i always make sure my hair is product free

I wash my hair but after that i put in a little bit of cc and BRUSH it in.

you gotta wash out pomade bro.. that ish is as thick as they come... u can get away with lite stuff like K C mentioned... but if you dun want ur barber to charge you triple... keep your hair pomade free no matter what the visit to the barber is for

Why would you wash it out?? Its a shape-up he's not cutting your hair, just lining you up. Unless shape-up means haircut which I never heard.

that's what i been thinkin.. shape-up for me is same was line up.. ya dig just making sure your line is tight..not cutting my hair at all

I didnt know what he ment.. I saw people sayin that they wash they hair. So i figured he ment getting a hair cut.. Down here..We call lineups tapes... like i"m finna go get me a tape... " i guess short for tape up....

yeh i agree its just a shape up its not a full cut so the barber should'nt bi*ch i used to get that problem when i cut my hair, but now that i use lets jam i do not have to wash it out.

Every where is so different. In Chicago a lining is called that. A tape or taper is the faded temples or faded back. A shape-up is a trim (clippers actually cutting some hair off).

yea a shape up comes down here in houston texas is a line up and chop the extra hair off the top to make it look smother
