Need help

Hi, i am a 15 yeard old guy. I straighten my hair after every shower but my straigtener is cheap and doesnt really do the trick. I am looking to buy a new one. I have dark, wavy, thick hair. Here is a picture of me after using my current straigtener.


But i recently got a hair cut and they used a straightener and blowdryer and stuff that made it look like this


What straightener is the best for my hair? I am not looking to spend over 100 dollars. Is there anything else i can do to make my hair like that again?
