   I have bushy and thick hair, and its not straight at all,sometimes it looks like I have a bush on my head when its too long, so I went to a salon and got it straightened for 40$, it was pretty good for like 2 months now i liked them a lot but i need to straighten them often to get the look i wanted, and now i have to blowdry them every 2 days and then straighten them with a flat iron before i sleep, so i can have a nice look otherwise in the morning they will look crappy, like each strand of hair has a different direction than the other...
any suggestions about what i could do to wear down my hair to look a bit smaller? (not like a bush) 
i heard about the Yuko straghtening technique, any ideas about that i know its expensive but i want to change my hair really badly
