The only time I am turned off by hair is if it looks scraggly, ragged, or just not cared for. Fine, thin hair can be just as sexy as thick, full hair if the proper style is chosen and the hair is well cared for!
if you have fine, straight hair, I think a sexy style would be something layered, choppy, if you have the type of face that suits short hair, very short, not buzzed, but cropped, a lot of texture, kind of like Sharon Stone short, she has fine, straight hair.
Your hair does not sound like a turn off to me, as long as you keep it nice and healthy and don`t allow it to become damaged, then I see nothing wrong with having long, straight one-length fine blonde hair. I am sure you look just fantastic.
I knew a woman who had blonde baby-fine hair, on the thin side. She wore it in a blunt cut a few inches below the shoulders and with a side part. I thought it looked great. It was also wonderfully soft.
A more important question would be how you want to wear it. You do have a lot of options.
To me it depends on how fine it is. If it is so thin that you can see the scalp outline then honestly I would shave it; I`d go for the deliberately sassy look if my head was showing anyway. If it`s not that fine then I`d say like the rest - shoulder length perhaps your best option.
It`s not my preference but that`s just me. If you want a change consider a perm. If your hair is long enough go for one with very tight sprials. You`ll get body and texture so you can `do` more things with your hair. Good luck in whatever you decide.
