i'm about to go in for a haircut.  i have some damaged ends that need to go.

i've heard it's better to have curly hair cut dry and i've heard the same for wet.

anyone have any suggestions?  do you get yours cut wet or dry?

does it matter?

thanks

The curly hair experts recommend cutting dry so there's no surprises about the finished length.
