hi guys. new guy here. recently cut my afro, sported the short shave for a little while, and had anoher haircut about 7 weeks ago, only been brushin (really brushin) for about 4 weeks tho, kuz it took 2 or 3 weeks after my haircut til my hair was about 2 cms. not used to this wolfin stuff, im planning on going another 2 or 3 weeks til i cut it.
anyway, i heard its not a good idea to get an edge while ure wolfing, is that true? i could kinda use one again lol.
also, when i do cut my hair, should i get it cut a little longer than a low cut ceaser? like leave it about 2 cms maybe?
one more question.. what kind of moisturizer do you guys use or recommend?
thanks in advance. ill be putting up pictures soon, when my waves start to really show nicely.

You should've posted your question in the Random Room but don't worry about it bruh. But just because your hair is low that doesn't mean that you shouldn't brush (that's when you should use your soft brush as much as possible). But when you wolf go for at least 7 weeks. And nothing's wrong with getting a edge/ line up while you're wolfing...i'll be gettin one in a couple of days. But when you get that cut ask for a dark ceaser (a #2 cut= 2cm). as for moisturizers. Carrot cream is great! right now i'm mixin it with Motions (workin good so far).
PS: take pictures now so you can see your progress once your waves get better (if you don't wanna post em now then that's fine)
 
Oh, and welcome to the site bruh! Just remember 1 thing. waving's not an easy thing...it take a lot of time and dedication to get 360s. The best thing to do is to stay active on this site so you can see other people on here with waves which will keep you motivated. And ea the old topics and FAQs to learn a lot.

cool. appreciate the suggestions, id take some pics now but wifeys got the camera and she outta town. carrot cream is what i been usin for the last 4 weeks or so, but what about that smaller thing that comes with cc, should i use that too?
imma go get lined up here soon, wish i was getting a cut but ill stick it out a little longer, im kinda afraid my waves (what little i have) are not deep at all and will disappear when i do get a cut, but i guess if that happens ill just keep brushin. alright yall. btw, shock and cash, yall waves lookin clean.

The thing that comes with cc is a conditioner (use it after you shampoo).
 
and to get your waves deep go for 9 weeks of wolfing. it'll be hard but worth it. g'luck bruh

Yea CC is the best thing you can do for your hair. Brush continuously when you're not doing anything. Make it a habit.

lol. I only did it for 20 minutes today (its late). but yea. i used my roomate's shampoo as usual. At least i used my own conditioner (cc cholesterol)
