Before you learned. . .

How did you think people got, or had, waves before you learned the correct methods?

i thought u juss had to put wave cream in and brush it with a hard brush lol

When I was in Jhs I used every product that had the word "wave" on it. I think people just learned by trial and error. I used to cake my hair up and brush it in. I had waves on the top but never anywhere else.

yea i was told that u go to the barber and they cut indents in ur hair then you put some stuff in it and it grows to waves lol. Then in 6th i was told to use 360 waves pomades and a wave cap and i used to do that every day lol and the pomade ran out and i had no waves. Plus i only brushed for like 3 seconds and put on the cap longer.

i thought just pomade and a durag got waves i never really used to brush

LOL^^^ But I used to think cakin up w/ pomade and du raggin would do it

I remember times wen i thought brushin would mess them up. I used to use so much dax my hair would b white and I just durag till the point of headaches.

me to i thoguht it waz products and all i did waz brush on da shower!!!

It used to be back when I was a kid just brush the top I never thought about the sides.
