eyebrow loss from seb derm

hey guys ive had a horrible few moths with seb derm nearly all of my outer eybrows are missing hair when i come out the shower all i see is big bald patches i used to constantly comb them to get rid of flakes and also pulled a lot of hairs out so now i have all these bald patches but what i was wondering if i look closely i can see tiny like maybe a mm long light hairs in the areas where theres hairloss you really have to look under certain light angles to see them will these hairs grow longer and also will they go to my natural colour dark brown thanks
