Hi, I was wondering if y`all might think that gelatin truly does help your hair or not. I am curious because in all the stuff which i have read about i have not read this, although i have heard from some people that it does. I used to take it, and it seemed that my hair did seem a little softer, and my nails did seem to grow a lil` faster but for i know it might had just been in my mind but, i`m curious if y`all have heard the same thing too?
