does anyone know the name of that one style in where a ponytail is made with only the hair at the top of the head and the skin is making a part on both sides of the head...looks really cool

Ponytail head is this what you are talking about?

It looks like the hair was parted at a slant on each side of the head, then put in a ponytail, and then a section of hair was wraped around the ponytail.

All I have to say is... if you think it looks good on you then give it a try! Don`t let other people tell what does and doesn`t look good. Go by your own judgement.

It`s a cute style and you could layer the hair at the bottom more to get fuller flips.

I think it`s attractive overall, although I`m not terribly fond of the hard parts forming a V-shape at the forehead I`ve worn a similar style, but just pulled out several strands from the front sections instead of using a hard part.

(If you braid the top ponytail and the front pieces, you get something like the angelina jolie/lara croft look from the tomb raider movie :) )

i really like this style..it looks cute and is very comfortable..the only thing that i do different from the picture is istead of the part being shaped like a v its straight in the front and the part goes arund the back of the head under the ponytail..looks very cool.ill post some pictures if i can get my scanner working
