when i was born i had bright red hair. which was somewhat a suprise to my family sence both my sisters had blond hair. red hair is in my family but from my fathers mother's mother..... my great grandmother... she was born in denmark and had red hair. the rest of my family is english and all has blond or dirty blond hair. that is on my fathers side.
my moms side is a bit of a mystery. i dont know much about my moms side of the family. but my mom had dark brown hair.
but as i grew up my hair became more blonde. which i hated cause it made me look like my sisters and i got a lot of blonde jokes. so i dyed it... to every color under the sun including blue and even black.
i got tired of dying it and grew it out only to find my hair color was completly different then i had thought.
not only is it not all one color but it is not all one texture!
its been at least 3 years sence i last dyed it and im possitive that the color i have now is natural.
but what i really find odd. is that each strand of my hair is different some are VERY curly some are very straight then i see completely black strands of hair and very blond strands of hair. and some reds too.
ive looked online a bit about the science of ahir and how it gets its color. i read that it comes from the root. but i found nothing of COMPLETELY different colors of hair on the same head.
i swear im not lying folks! truly black truly blonde truly red hair all grows out of my head! some are very thin strand and some are very thick! some are very curly and some are very straigt!
and when i select an individual peice of hair it has thin and thick parts of the shaft on the same strand!
what is going on!!!!????
does anyone else have this?
or should i be studies by science!
