i've put pomade in a microwave before and i liked it more because it felt lighter and it spread on my head easier

I've melted Murrays and Royal Crown and mixed them together.  I just boil some water in a pot and place the opened can(s) into the pot.  Once it/they melt, I mix the pomades and place the mixture in the refrigerator.

i don't remember how long i had it in the microwave cuz it was a while ago but try for 15 seconds then if that's not enough, do another 10 sec. don't burn ya self tho. lol

When I used this mixture, I occasionally warmed it up, but usually I didn't.  It takes about 10-30 seconds, depending on the microwave, to warm the pomade mixture.  But make sure the can cools or use a oven glove or equivalent before removing.

I melted a thick pomade, Murrays, with a light pomade, Royal Crown, to get a medium pomade.  It worked pretty good.

I've melted murrays, nunile, and Sportin Wave Gold on the stove. All you have to due is turn it on to medium and put the open can on the eye. Make sure you watch it closely.

How about just gettin a dime sized amount on ur finger, put it in ur hands, and rub them together until its hella soft? that usually works.

nah. It might be a lil warm but it'll be hella soft (almost like oil) if u rub it together in ur palms really fast. It might be a lil hot but It ain't like ur gonna start a fire in your hands. Nothin that ur scalp shouldn't be able to handle.
