Dear Amanda
This is Alex, manager of international trading at HiBraid Inc. First of all, I regret to cause you inconvenience. I know how you feel and I will solve your problem immediately. ExtendMagic has been upgraded a lot in the meantime, and we have been asking to our UK dealers to send us malfunctioning device. However, our former dealer was not reached. Now you will receive upgradedmachine, and further we will make sure to inform our dealers to hold responsible in the future.
Here is what you will do:
1. Send us your ExtendMagic
Send us your machine to us as soon as possible. Also, if you happen to know other customers who are experiencing similar problems, please encourage them to inform us.
We will either repair or replace your machine and send it back to you. We will pay the returning postage as specified in the warantee policy. If you don't have a video CD manual, we will send it to you.
2. Phto file for your reference
After the recent Bologna show, we revised a video manual in CD and photo files of Before - After for hair loss treatment by ExtendMagic. We have sent the photo file to our dealers and hair extension stylists and they seem to enjoy the before - after photos. I attached the photo file for your own reference. I am adding a brief resume of our CEO, Mr. Myun Lee. He sends his regards to your family.
3. If you are interested in reference materials, let us know. HiBraid.USA, will launch a series of workshop - education tour starting from California in late July. We will keep you posted if you are involved in education of ExtendMagic.
4. If you are satisfied with your repaired ExtendMagic, we can support you with reference materials from our expert hair extension stylists. For example, one of our associate hair extension stylists in London recently added a new salon where she uses only ExtendMagic for hair loss, bald spot treatment for men and women who are experiencing hair loss from diet practice and chemotherapy. She consumes 20 tape cartridges in a week. You can easily estimate her weekly income from her new service and new customers. So cheer up, Amanda. We will make it up to you.

I thought it was a fantastic system until I got unpredictable results, definitely the most comfortable and undetectable method i'd worn myself. They are replacing my machine and also putting me in a new improved cartridge to test out x
They sent me a new and improved Extendmagic and the new double glue cartridges. I don't find the machine itself to be any different.
The cartridges definately has more glue to it, which is a plus. I have not installed a full head with this new system, so I don't know how it will wear in the long run. The bonding material seems to want to turn white though on the few individual ones I installed on myself.
