yea I used to be into that stuff and waht you need is an Airbrush search it up on google they run for about 120 dollars and you can prolly get a sarter kit. There are special paints for fabrics and you should get some of those and use them. Once you paint it you have to WAIT cant emphasize that enough it takes time to dry.

Just curious though why you trying to paint the inside of your shoes?
It like a Tornado out,
Its hard to see with my waves spinnin' about.
