Most individually tipped extensions feel itchy for the first week or two, and usually pressure for the first 3 days. It'll will feel okay in a week. As far as damage goes, it all depends on your install, and type of glue, etc. ,as it varies from person to person.
I just had my hair extension yesterday and the stylist used a glue method extension. I heard a lot of bad things using glue extensions, I just want to know if I only keep my extension for about a month or two is my hair still going to be damage? or shall I go the the stylist immediately to be taken out before further damage?...My hair is naturally curly and fine, and also dry with colors on it. This is my first time to have a hair extensions and I do not know what will happened in a long term. For now the extension feels a bit heavy on my head and bit itchy and very difficult to sleep.
